Handle goes up and down fine. hTere is a penny stuck in it. I od not know if the wheel goes around. The penny will have to eb removed to see if it works.
There is no key or key slot. I do not know how the cigarettes were dispensed. The number 854 is stamped on the bottom. On the front it sasy deposit 1 cent and push handle all the way down.
Awards for three of a kindlucky strike, camel, chesterfield, old gold, philip morris, and spud. All sya 1 pack beside the name. It measures approximately 8 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches wide x 4 1/2 inches deep. Some of the finish has come off the top. I think it would clean up nicely.
